Mid & Far Field Studio Monitor Stands - ADMID
The Sound Anchor Mid & Far Field Studio Monitor Stands ADMID are designed to allow the engineer to correctly place a pair of large monitors for best sound. These stands allow height and tilt adjustment of the monitors. ADMID stands offer a very solid and stable support for your speakers. The speaker is supported on two 1/2" x 2" flat steel bars. Sound Anchor ADMID stands isolate the speakers from the console, each other and the floor which gives you a cleaner, more detailed and more accurate sound.
ADMID stands come with either 46” or 56” uprights and are sized (width and depth) to match the speaker to be used. See the additional information below to see how to select the correct size ADMID.
ADMID Size Selection Process
· Determine monitor width
· If placing a subwoofer below monitor determine subwoofer width
· Using the wider of the two dimensions above, round up to next whole inch
· Add 1” to define ADMID width (distance between uprights)
· Select appropriate ADMID based on this width
· NOTE: Always include monitor (and subwoofer if needed) manufacturer and model when ordering. Max. monitor weight 300 pounds.
