These bases are equipped with custom machined aluminum bars that ensure proper positioning of the speakers on the stands. The Sound Anchor 803 and 804 NSD bases dramatically improve all aspects of speaker performance. They come with 3 heavy duty spikes which assist in leveling, ensure maximum stability and a limited transfer of energy to the floor. Sound Anchor Floor Bases come from the factory filled with our proprietary filling that has been optimized to eliminate unwanted resonance. You do not need to mess with sand or shot.
